Tea type: Black tea Brand: Rosevear Tea Preparation: 3-5 minutes at 95°C Find it: 100 Bruntsfield Place, 71 Broughton Street, or online

Scent: Sweet, both the rhubarb and cream that the tea is flavoured with come through strongly.

Colour: A yellowy-brown.

Taste: It has a very light feel for a black tea, which I really like. The fruitiness of the rhubarb really comes through, and it has a sweet aftertaste.

Conclusion: Like the name suggests, it is a very good tea for a warm summer day. The fruitiness and sweetness work very well together, making a tea that's easy to drink even when it's warm and sunny outside.

Rating: 4.5/5
